This BLIX project features a custom gate and fence designed for modern curb appeal, privacy, and reliable daily use. A “custom gate and fence installation” is a made-to-measure system where the gate(s), fence panels, posts, and hardware are fabricated to fit the property and function precisely. The scope included a driveway gate, matching pedestrian gate, and continuous metal fence framing that ties into the site’s low wall for a clean, architectural line.
The design blends warm horizontal wood infill with a black steel/wrought iron look: welded fabrication created rigid gate leaves and fence panels with evenly spaced rails, clean picket/infill alignment, and squared corners. Steel posts/columns were set for long-term stability, then finished in a durable powder coat finish to resist weathering and fingerprints. Heavy-duty hinges and a secure latch set provide smooth operation on the pedestrian gate, while the wide driveway gate is built straight and true for consistent gaps and dependable closure.
An automatic gate operator is visible at the driveway entry, paired with access control for convenient arrivals and departures; the layout maintains clearance along the drive and supports safe movement through the opening.
