Method Doors & Gates Project
Project Story
This page combines the project description, planning sketch, and completed project imagery in a search-friendly layout.
This Hollywood Blvd. project features a clean, modern custom gate and fence installation designed to secure a commercial driveway and side access while keeping a light, architectural look. “A custom gate and fence installation is a site-built perimeter system fabricated to fit exact openings, grades, and security needs.”
We built a continuous metal fence with vertical pickets/infill and matching gate leaves for a cohesive streetside elevation. The fence panels were welded fabrication in steel/wrought iron style construction, set on reinforced posts/columns aligned to the sloped curb and concrete stem wall. A narrow pedestrian gate was integrated for daily entry, with heavy-duty hinges and a secure latch/lockset positioned for easy reach from the sidewalk.
The driveway/alley gate line was laid out for consistent picket spacing and privacy screening, with tight reveals and straight top lines to complement the property’s modern roof and stucco walls. All components were prepped and coated in a durable powder coat finish in white for corrosion resistance and low maintenance. The system is automation-ready for an automatic gate upgrade, with space planned for an operator/motor, access control keypad/intercom, and safety elements like photo-eyes.
"Modern security that looks like architecture." "Precision pickets, clean welds, and a lasting powder coat finish."
