This Mariano project delivered a secure, elegant custom gate and fence solution for a long private drive with a commercial gate feel. A “custom gate and fence installation” is a made-to-measure entry system where the gate, fence panels, and hardware are fabricated to fit the site and security needs. We designed and built a symmetrical dual-swing driveway gate with arched top rails and clean vertical pickets with decorative infill accents, paired with matching metal fence sections and a dedicated pedestrian gate for walk-through access.

Our team completed welded fabrication in steel/wrought iron, setting heavy-duty posts/columns plumb for reliable alignment and smooth operation. Each gate leaf was hung with robust hinges and fitted with a secure center latch/stop, with consistent picket spacing for visibility while discouraging climb-through. The perimeter fence panels were welded to match the gate style, creating a unified frontage and stronger boundary definition at the alley/drive approach.

The system is automation-ready for an automatic gate upgrade, with space planned for an operator/motor, access control wiring, and safety additions such as photo eyes and a manual release. A durable powder coat finish provides long-term corrosion resistance and a refined, low-maintenance look.
